Oliver was born in Red Deer, Alberta Canada, on the 1st of November 1993! Oliver as a baby/ young child then grew up in Rocky Mountain House , Alberta, Canada until the age of nine. Throughout this nine year period an immense amount of mental and physical impairments due to an unknown birth complication were coming to light. These impairments included delayed speech and delayed walking as well as fine motor skills! Moreover from november 1st 1993 – mid 1997 oliver had shown slower that usual developments as a toddler growing up ; these impairments prevented oliver from speaking until the age of 5 and walking at the age of 6. Furthermore as a result of this oliver’s parents were incredibly worried and they took him in to see a metabolic specialist. The specialist thought he had Diabetes to only find out a few months later it was MSUD “Maple Syrup Urine Disease”, oliver had been misdiagnosed. ‘Maple Syrup Urine Disease’ or MSUD is a rare genetic condition that only 1 in 300,000-500,000 have in the world! This condition is caused by two double recessive genes causing a genetic mutation that transpires in the unborn child having low protein deficiency as a result of partially active enzyme or no enzyme activity at all, causing the newborn to have delayed brain functions later on in life or a gradually dulling of the brain over time! the result of this can be ending up in three possible categories and these are : Variants , Intermitants and Classics. These categories define modern msud patients to this day by the patients perceived enzyme function and classification.

Classic MSUD patients often have huge medical issues with regards to going in and out of hospital frequently when it was first discovered around 40-50 years ago. The advancements of food and new medication was a turn for the better due to more influx in funding by private and public sponsors investors corporations etc. Non-profit organizations such as Aspire as result were able to function and help those who were severely or moderately impaired! Aspire not only taught oliver as an individual about fine motor skills and functional living skills. It all started when i was 4-8 years old oliver’s mother took him to Aspire a mental health advocacy and physiological assessment clinic where the top doctors from Alberta in their field helped kids go through huge hurdles with brain damage or other deficiencies. As a result of all this hard work together in partnership albertas childrens hospital . Oliver as an individual together with his family would be forever grateful for the hard work of metabolic dietitian melanie reeves and her team ! Melanie’s work paved the road of modern MSUD patients and make there lives a lot less difficult than oliver’s had been initially. Especially with the recent addition 5 years ago doctor sparks metabolic doctor with at the children’s hospital who bent over backwards for oliver and his family.

This condition / disease is most prominent in the amish community and middle eastern societies due to inbreeding. Oliver as a result of this misdiagnosis suffered mild brain damage, while world experts and doctors thought oliver could not go through a normal highschool system or retain / hold down a job! Oliver was fighting / determined to prove them wrong and in the last 2 years of my education in canada oliver removed from special ed classes into normal classrooms! The moment that change happened and oliver’s parents helped him with homework and studying olivers’ grades got better and so did his memory!
During the length of olivers education in canada while in rocky mountain house the education board thought it would be best if they put him in special ed! After a 6 month long fight with the rocky mountain house education / school board my mother forced them to put oliver back into normal classes! Each summer oliver’s dad would teach him more and more things so that oliver could catch up on what he missed throughout the 2-3 years in special ed. Back then it took Oliver a day to read 3 pages of Harry Potter! When oliver came home each day from school my mom would do practice math exercises with him and homework on top of oliver’s mothers regular school work! The Alberta government gave her a house cleaner 2x a week to come in an clean the house for 3 hours and a cook that would come in 2-3 times a week to bake and cook meals for me without high amounts of protein. Although this initially posed some struggles Oliver’s parents Gabriel and Bernie Patterson both highly educated with science backgrounds in biology and chemistry, were not phased or deterred! The government of Alberta gave my parents and myself a school aid who not only tutored me on the weekends and weekdays but treated oliver like family! Corey olivers school support aid at the time had training helping kids with special needs and was a blessing for the entire family including Oliver’s parents.

Then in 2004 oliver moved from Rocky Mountain House Alberta, Olivers family then moved him along with his brother Eric to Doha, Qatar for 11 years where they grew up for the rest of their teenage years! Since being abroad they have traveled and globe trotted to over 72 countries. while being living in Doha , Qatar oliver attended one of the top british private schools in the middle east called Park House English school, founded by Heather Brennan’s family. Park House English School allowed him to have an in classroom aid who helped Oliver from grades 4-6 then was dropped at grade 7 where Oliver picked up the slack! from grade 7-10 olivers grades were picking up from Cs & Ds, to 3 B’s 2 A’s and 2 c’s and 1 e in olivers estimated pre grade assessments for IGCSE pre exams preps. After completing high school and converting Olivers’ grades to an equivalent of a canadian high school diploma.

Oliver has been in both the music industry and eSports industry since the age of 16, now 25! During this period of time oliver was a liaison to various firms coordinating and sourcing out vocalists for music labels, associated with Spinnin’ records, Sony Music UK , Armada music etc! As an individual oliver has been exposed to booking artists in both Holland , United Kingdom , Canada and the US! After 4-5 years oliver left the music industry and entered the gaming industry participating on a independent consultant basis in the overwatch scene etc. It was then when oliver worked with an overwatch teams referred to as laser kittenz with the teams founder to secure a 500,000+ US dollar jet deal with jetsmarter!

When growing up Oliver was struggling to make a difference to prove himself! Beauti Talent agency is for individuals who are or who have been in the same boat he was as an individual a few years ago! Oliver currently works part time doing executive security for true north security an event security company based in Calgary, Alberta Canada! Five years ago Oliver was given a few years to live through a medical diagnosis if he did not get a liver transplant and / or continued on the dangerous course of going off my MSUD restricted diet. After 2 years of being assessed and being put on the list Oliver was given a pristeen liver!
